Paul Greenberg, Author of CRM at the Speed of Light, President of The 56 Group, LLC
In addition to being the author of CRM at the Speed
of Light, often called the “Bible of CRM”, Paul is the President of the
56 Group, LLC, President of The 56 Group, LLC, an enterprise
applications consulting services firm, focused on CRM strategic
services including go-to-market strategies for vendors and integrators,
CRM strategic planning and vendor selection.
Paul is also
the EVP of The CRM Association and the Co-chair of the Rutgers CRM
Research Center. He writes two blogs including the ZDNET Blog on CRM
2.0 and PGreenblog, which has won numerous awards as the best CRM blog
every year since 2005. Paul was also named the most influential person
in CRM by InsideCRM and one of the most influential by CRM Magazine –
both in 2008.
Paul is a contributor to multiple business
publications including CRM Magazine and others. He keynotes
conferences across the United States, Europe and Asia. He has a degree
in Journalism from Northwestern University. He lives in Manassas, VA
